Last night I woke up hot. To let some air into the cabin, I cracked the rear door about half of an inch. I reached for a book. I read until I fell asleep.
In the morning, I boiled four cups of water. I made coffee, scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes. I had a nice breakfast. The mashed potatoes add calories to my morning meal. Calories from food give us energy.
Later, I saw dark clouds and rain approaching. Then I remembered the rear door. It was still open! Just as I was about to close it, water gushed in. I watched it in horror. I quickly closed the door, grabbed two towels and started drying it.
I was upset. Then the sun came out. My problem was solved. |
