| Young Artists, Teachers, Parents: |

- Schools, teachers, mentors, parents or the original artist may submit an email photo or a disk with a photo of the selected art.
- More than one original work of art may be submitted.
- Art categories may include: pottery, hand drawn or painted work, sculpture, metalwork/jewelry and/or material arts (any form of art that can be hung or displayed 3-dimensionally in a foyer).
- Students must be currently enrolled in school or home-schooled.
- Student must be no older than 19 years of age at the time of submission.
- A nationally-prominent jury of artists will select the pieces for sale on the website: www.nmoe.org
- 10 Lucky students will have their artwork shown during the Vatican Splendors exhibit in Cleveland beginning May 31, 2008
- Initial presentation of the selected student art will coincide with the opening of the Vatican exhibit at the Western Reserve Historical Society, in Cleveland, Ohio on May 31, 2008
- Individuals who submitted the art are responsible for safely shipping the artwork (unframed) to the corporation which has purchased it.
- Students will not be notified of their selection for potential sale. They may view the art exhibit online.
- Submitted disks will not be returned.
- Teacher/mentor, and/or school will receive a certificate of national recognition for art which was chosen by the juried artists for display and potential purchase.

| TIPS FOR SUBMITTING ART: |
- Send a clear digital photograph
- Photograph only the original art object; no students permitted in photos for web safety
- Photograph art objects against a plain black fabric background to reduce glare.
- Include an entry slip with each piece. (May be typed into an email or included as a digital document (.rtf, .txt, .doc, .pdf) with photo.
- Photos may be submitted in the following formats: .jpg, .png, .eps, .pdf (No .gif or .bmp, please, to ensure quality.)
- Please be mindful of file size upon sending in email. We'd prefer photo files be between 1 MB and 3 MB.
- Send email submissions (including entry info) with "Art Submission" in subject line to: artists@nmoe.org
