I have developed the Intelligent Soft Robot Control Platform (ISRP) to address the challenges soft robots face in completing tasks like suturing and tissue dissection, thereby significantly enhancing their utility in medical applications. This innovative platform enables soft robots to navigate autonomously and with precision within the human body, which is substantially better than existing solutions for performing minimally invasive surgeries and collecting samples from hard-to-reach areas. By improving the control and accuracy of soft robot navigation, ISRP has the potential to transform the landscape of medical procedures, improve patient outcomes, revolutionize healthcare delivery, and save lives.
