An Early Tornado Warning System

At just 11 years old, Anirudh Rao from Lone Tree, Colorado, developed an innovative early tornado warning system named "Revere." Motivated by a friend's loss during a tornado, Anirudh designed this system to enhance evacuation times from 13 to 40 minutes. "Revere" utilizes infrasound sensors and other environmental sensors mounted on autonomous drones, which communicate with weather stations continuously to provide timely alerts.
