Carolyn is a hard working, trustworthy team player who is always eager to improve her skills. Carolyn has stepped up to the challenge of supervising student teachers for the local State University. The supervising liaison with the university has been very impressed with Carolyn's commitment to these university students. I have been involved with Carolyn and all of her students teachers. Carolyn has mentored and nurtured these students taking this responsibility for her profession very seriously. She had to counsel one young man into making a different career choice. Carolyn is an excellent teacher who has developed her skills well.
